Wok Baked Mud Crab with Gan Xiang Sauce

      • Ingredient:

        - Crab: 1 unit
        - Chilli padi: 2 pieces
        - Ginger: Little (minced)
        - Chicken stock: 600gm
      • Seasoning: Gan Xiang Sauce: 80gm
      • Preparation:

        1. Pour Gan Xiang Sauce, chilli padi and minced ginger into a wok, stir fry till aromatic.
        2. Add in crab and stir fry well, mix in chicken stock.
        3. Braise no.(2) till gravy becomes dry.
