Mr Mun Kum Thim, 65 years old, Malaysian Chinese, ancestry from Guang Dong, Xinhui, China. Currently he is the president of The Central Malaya Sauce Manufacturers’ Association (2009-2012) and The president of Malaysian Sauce Manufacturers’ Association (2009-2012) Mr Mun have been involved in the sauce industry for half of century, he learnt from his master Mr Chia Gen, from Thye Woh Sauce Factory. He started from the lowest stage as an apprentice, until to become a Master (Shi Fu), have been spent for more than ten years time.
